Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan with a tracked courier, and cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship.
Delivery timelines

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Timelines start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.
How an order moves
- You place the order. You receive a confirmation with your order number straight away.
- We confirm it. For cash-on-delivery orders our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm before packing. Please keep your phone reachable — unconfirmed COD orders are held, not dispatched.
- We dispatch. Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. You get a tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
- The courier delivers. The rider will call before arriving. If nobody is available, the courier attempts delivery again the next working day.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on every order shipped within Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready — riders frequently cannot make change for large notes. The rider is not permitted to let you open the parcel before payment, but you have a full 7 days after delivery to request an exchange.

Tracking your parcel
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check the status any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within two working days of the estimate above, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we reship or refund in full — your choice.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address and landmark before placing the order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply on cash-on-delivery orders.
International shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you would like an order sent abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote you directly.
