This policy explains what personal information Crezon collects when you use crezon.pk, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are
Crezon is a clothing business based in Karachi, Pakistan, operating the website crezon.pk. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at support@crezon.pk.
What we collect

- To meet our legal and tax obligations in Pakistan
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties who need it to get your order to you:
- Courier companies — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver
- Payment providers — where you pay by card, JazzCash or Easypaisa, handled directly by them
- Our hosting and email providers — who store data on our behalf under contract
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working between pages, remember whether you are signed in, and store small preferences such as the city you last checked delivery times for. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work properly without them.
Information stored in your browser
Some features — recently viewed products and your saved delivery city — are stored locally in your own browser and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support exchanges, warranty questions and our tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept for up to two years.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
Your choices
- Access — ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Marketing — unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, or by telling us
To exercise any of these, email support@crezon.pk from the address on your order, or message us on WhatsApp from the number you ordered with.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and any significant change will be noted on this page.
