These terms govern your use of crezon.pk and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

crezon.pk is operated by Crezon, a clothing business based in Karachi, Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Crezon; “you” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site

You may browse and order from the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and because garments are cut and stitched by hand, measurements carry a tolerance of up to half an inch. Neither is treated as a defect. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or specifications at any time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price. We will tell you before doing so.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the address or contact details cannot be verified, payment is not received, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we confirm by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm after reasonable attempts may be cancelled.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines given on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

It is your responsibility to give a complete and accurate delivery address. Redelivery charges arising from an incorrect address may be passed on to you.

7. Returns and refunds

Our returns and exchanges policy forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Crezon name, logo, product photography, illustrations and written copy — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
