Lay a pair of trousers flat without stretching the fabric. Use a tape measure and record the results in inches or centimetres. Tell us which unit you used.
- Waist: Measure straight across the waistband with the elastic relaxed. Double this measurement for the full waist circumference.
- Length: Measure down the outside from the top of the waistband to the hem.
- Inside leg: Measure from the crotch seam to the hem along the inside seam.
- Thigh: Measure across one leg just below the crotch seam. Tell us this is a flat measurement.

Lay a polo that fits you well flat, with the fabric smooth and unstretched.
- Chest: Measure from one underarm seam to the other. Double it for the full chest circumference.
- Shoulder: Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar down to the hem.
- Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
